Philadelphia neurologic institute foundation, inc. (formerly gni neurosciences foundation, inc.) (the "corporation") shall be organized and operated exclusively to carry out those tax-exempt purposes enumerated under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding provisions of any subsequent tax law of the united states, including, but not limited to, raising funds for the purpose of: (i) educating the public to improve recognition of the signs and symptoms of neurological injuries/diseases, such as stroke; (ii) educating clinicians (physicians, rns, ems squads, etc.) to better recognize and appropriately treat neurological injuries/diseases; (iii) educating local communities of the capabilities and availability of neurosurgical and neurological specialists in their areas; (iv) conducting training and funding research intended to raise awareness of and further develop neurosciences treatments and devices; (v) providing incubator facility for ne

(the "corporation") is to raise funds for the purpose of: (i) educating the general public to improve recognition of the signs and symptoms of neurological injuries and diseases, (ii) educating clinicians (physicians, rns, ems squads, etc.) to better recognize and appropriately treat neurological injuries and diseases, (iii) educating local communities of the capabilities and availability of neurosurgical and neurological specialists, and (iv) funding medical research intended to raise awareness of and further develop neurosciences treatments. A neurosciences conference was held during the year and the mission of the conference is to bring awareness, form alliances, and help move forward scientific advancement.
