The purpose of psbc is to operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of 26 u.s.c. 501(c)(3). To raise funds for the benefit of local students whether the activity is academically, physically, or artistically related. To provide events for local persons to gather, converse, recreate, and be more involved in the support of local school activities and children.
