Phins Management was formed for the educational and charitable purposes of directly and indirectly supporting and benefiting LeMoyne College by owning and managing real property for the benefit of the College, making grants and other contributions of funds and other property to or for the benefit of the College, providing non-credit training programs, and establishing, managing and promoting educational, cultural, recreational, physical fitness, athletic and social activities and programs for the College's students, faculty and staff, and for the community at large.
