Mission
Phoenix legal action network (plan) works in solidarity with our local immigrant community to reimagine justice in arizona. We reimagine immigrant justice through our free legal services and storytelling work.

The story of immigration as told by mainstream media and government institutions often demonizes and others immigrants creating hostility against immigrant communities. PLAN creates opportunities for immigrants to tell their stories because a better understanding of people's personal experiences leads to policies that center humanity over hate. We launched an immigrant storytelling workshop series for five local immigrants (including three receiving legal support from PLAN) which culminated in a live, bilingual storytelling event and a digital archiving of their stories on our website at planphx.org/stories. We also hosted an immigrant art gallery featuring four immigrant artists (4) and three immigrant live performers as well as a bilingual parents and kids art activity.
