To provide training and treatment to the developmentally disabled. Specifically to individuals who have brain trauma. Services are intended to assist individuals in transitioning into independent lives.

Phoenix services corporation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that serves people with brain injury and similar disabilities to live independently in the community through various support. Phoenix services began in 1992 with the hope of helping four people live successfully in the community and since then, phoenix services has become a leader in serving people who have suffered a brain injury in a supported living setting. Phoenix services is currently one of the only service providers in utah that specializes in servicing people who have sustained a brain injury. Currently, phoenix services has eight nationally recognized certified brain injury specialists (cbis), and one certified brain injury specialist trainer (cbist). Phoenix services has been the leading agency in training and certifying other professionals in utah. Phoenix services also has two staff with benefits planner and outreach certification. 40 years of experience working with brain injury demonstrates the ability to recognize what services will be needed and provide those services. Phoenix services operates through contracts received from division of services for prople with disabilities, division of child and family services, utah state office of rehabilitation services, utah depart of health, as well as private & government grants, individual donations and fundraising. Phoenix services is currently serving about 90 people throughout northern utah and we currently employ about 60 people. Some of the services that are provided include supporting people to live and work independently, connecting people with brain injuries to resources that are available in the community, service coordination for employment and personal assistant service (epas), as well as brain injury training accross the state of utah to family & professionals who work with brain injury survivors.
