Mission
The purpose and objective of this league shall be to develop, promote and administer the game of soccer among youth (boys and girls under the age of nineteen (19) years of age), regardless of race, creed, and/or ability within the territory of the club. The three largest program service areas, as measured by expenses are for directing and managing the club, equipment necessary to support soccer, and paying player dues to leagues and associations for youths to play soccer.
