Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity

The corporation exists for the primary purpose of getting donations for the repair and maintenance of the building housing the corvallis chapter of the pi kappa alpha fraternity. The corporation shall also have authority to conduct any other lawful activity so long as that activity is within those activities which are exempt under section 501(c) of theinternal revenue code. The board of directors of the corporation may solicit and accept gifts in support of the corporation and shall manage and invest and account for those assets.
