The piedmont community college foundation fosters relationships and provides funds to support students, faculty, and staff at pcc as they achieve their education and career goals.

Mini grants - institutional projects that can no longer be funded through the state are given consideration from the pcc foundation.

Student incentive program - this program suppports graduates of our high school equivalency program by either paying for their hse test or by providing their first curriculum class taken at pcc for free, with $50 toward the cost of their textbooks.

Ambassador program - this program supports up to three students who are nominated by a faculty or staff member, pass an interview process, and qualify based on number of completed hours, number of enrolled hours, and gpa with a $2,000 scholarship for that academic year.

Faculty/staff development - this program provides funds for faculty and staff to be reimbursed up to $500 per academic year for courses taken either internally to enhance their skills or externally to earn a higher degree.

Expenses: $635

Faculty/staff excellence - this program rewards faculty and staff who go above and beyond. A peer-based committee reviews the submitted portfolios and makes award recommendations. Recipients of these awards demonstrate a high level of committment to the institution and the community.
