To promote, encourage and foster education in pchs district 101. To develop community and public education programs, to provide information about education and to provide information about education services and programs available to the community. To solicit and receive gifts and contributions for and on behalf of charitable education organizations, exempt for taxation under section 51(c)(3); to support the charitable program and activities of such organizations through expenditure of such funds received.
