Pine Hill Indian Community Development Initiative PHICDI is a state recognized nonprofit 501c3 dedicated to serving the minority & underserved communities of western Orangeburg County & surrounding areas by developing programs which create as well as balance food security access to healthcare educational success create jobs preserve history & celebrate the rich heritages represented in the area. We do this by programs like Teen Talk Blood pressure program Diabetes program first step for pregnant women through pregnancy to age 2 Healthy Halloween and stay in your lane.
