Mission
The mission of pisces is education. To improve cybersecurity workforce development by training analysts using collected data, and to improve infrastructure protection by sharing significant event data with governments

Recruit new data sharing communities & new academic institutions & fund raising/marketing. Expand program to new local governments & coordinate with dept of homeland security & pac nw national laboratory. Provide student oversight, community liaison for event reporting, hardware costs, deployment & maintenance of the monitoring stack & data collectors on local government networks.
Expand capacity of monitoring stack to accommodate additional states. Procured necessary equipment to provide greater stack resilience to power failures. Expanded operations engineering & collector provisioning conducted planning for an annual academic workship/colloquium for information systems security education (cisse), engage with dhs cybersecurity advisors and pacific nw national laboratory for advocacy with local governments in additional fema regions.
