Pla university provides professional career workshops, occupational skills training, job placement assistance, and one year of job coaching and mentorship once students are placed in a job. Pla university staff recruit students for enrollment in the program, identify prospective community partners, provide in-person training workshops to assist recent high school graduates and adults in gaining skills, earning industry-recognized credentials, and securing high-demand careers in life sciences, manufacturing, information technology, supply chain and logistics, and entrepreneurship.
