The plan of pa foundation exists for the dual purpose of assisting planned lifetime assistance network (plan of pa) to realize its vision as well as acting as steward for the monetary donations made to plan of pa to advance its mission. Plan of pa's mission is as follows: through care management and special needs trust administration, we provide planning, resources, and support to assist people with behavioral health diagnoses or intellectual disabilities to build happier, healthier, more meaningful lives.in its role to increase awareness about the key services plan of pa provides, the foundation periodically sponsors events, supports marketing efforts and leads grant writing activities to raise awareness regarding the key services plan of pa offers.
