The new futures fellowship program trains and engages future climate leaders via the action research method through focused cohorts. In 2024, three thematic groups delivered tangible advocacy and research products: river delta communities (focused on restoration and policy in four global deltas), clean energy & environmental justice (contributed to common grounds by creating multimedia content to advocate for equitable clean energy transition in energy communities), and climate & marine communities (focused on research and advocacy to strengthen enforcement protecting mangroves in places like costa rica and tobago).

The amplify program pioneers mobilizing live event audiences for policy-focused climate action. Key accomplishments include implementing the methodology during the ajr nationwide tour, resulting in 35,000 fan actions across 21 cities. The tour made table space available for local organizations to engage fans on actions including sending thousands of messages, letters, and petition signatures to officials and decision makers, supporting specific local climate solutions and achieving multiple policy wins in seven states.
