Propel executive leadership program is a 9-month program. Participants gain a deep understanding of our region's formal and informal decision-making channels within its economic, political and civic structure, while aiming to establish and grow relationships with fellow executives new to the region or their role, fostering an even stronger sense of community.

Plano united business is a 2-year mentorship program for minority-owned small businesses located in collin county. Plano works leadership foundation provides a structure for individuals, businesses of all sizes, corporate partners, and foundations to support the work of the plano chamber's leadership programs and initiatives. Plano united business completed its first cohort with 10 companies participating.
