Plant Based Nutrition Support Group

The organization provided speakers of local and national status to speak at their monthly meetings about better living through a whole-food, plant-based diet. The organization presents at "lunch and learn" programs at universities and promote information about plant-based curriculum to medical professionals, community groups, and community events. The organization aslo has small pperson-to-personsupport groups throughout the area that provide information and support to those curious about and wanting to follow a whole food, plant-based way of eating. The organization relies heavily on volunteers to provide support and services
