Plants-Earth-Life PEL is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving human health and environmental sustainability by promoting the adoption of the Planetary Health Diet. This diet rich in fruits vegetables whole grains legumes nuts and seeds is beneficial for individual health and crucial for mitigating climate change and biodiversity loss. PEL seeks to drive measurable dietary shifts around the world. PEL places special emphasis on green leafy vegetables for their critical role in promoting human health and supporting a more sustainable less polluted environment. PEL is involved in advocacy education of the population and tackling the double burden of malnutrtion in impoverished countries.
