Mission

Plast Conference Inc was registered as a 501(c)(3) corporation in 1995. Our primary mission from inception through February 2022 was to assist the development and growth of the worldwide Ukrainian scouting organizations. Funds were directed at programs to rain counselors. develop scout camps, support country organizational efforts and ensure that scouting policies and procedures were followed in all member countries. We also publish periodicals and training material for scouts and counselors. As a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, we have been providing medical and humanitarian aid to Ukrainian soldiers, their families and civilians displaced by the war. Various individuals, organizations and community entities (both Ukrainian and non-Ukrainian - refer to the schedule B listing) have provided financing to make this possible. The "new" activity did not curtail our primary scouting support mission during 2024, as we were able to continue to financially support t
