Platte Clove Neighborhood Watch Inc

The platte clove neighborhood center (pcnc) provides a sound facility and programs that enrich the lives of the mountain top community, neighbors and visitors through educational, social, cultural and environmental activities. The events and programs organized by the pcnc are aimed at combating local community deterioration as well as advancement of environmental education amongst locals and visitors alike.
