Construction of the new park had just begun when the pandemic forced the contractors to stop work. Work incurred was capitalied as Construction-in-Progress. Much of the work was completed during 2020 & 2021 and the first phase was opened to the public in October of 2022 shortly after this filing period. Fiscal year 2022/2023 saw continued enhancements to the park.
