Pleasure point business association articles of incorporation, section 5(a): the specific purpose of this corporation is to be a nonprofit association of individuals and businesses organized and operated to promote commerce and industry in, and improve the business climate and economic welfare of, the pleasure point area of santa cruz county, california, generally defined as being within the live oak area between 7th and 41st avenues, and from capitola road to the pacific ocean. Further purposes include but are not limited to publishing of business guides and brochures promoting the area economically and hosting at least one annual street fair for the aforesaid purposes.
