Put shoe leather on the Gospel by helping an about to be homeless individual. This individual is an underserved poor who lost his job in August 2023. He is a Liberian Refugee (with permanent refugee status in the US), who had an expired Green Card and no ID. He cannot obtain unemployment money from the Iowa Workforce Development since he has no ID (he can file claims and build up an account, but cannot withdraw the money w/o ID). Likewise he does not have access to his 401k. PLUS Charities paid for miscellaneous expenses of food and other sustinence. We paid for bus trips to go from Cedar Rapids to Des Moines and to and from Memphis, where his four children are. We paid portions of his cell phone charges to keep in touch cont.

Made FCC application for a Low Power Station in Cascade, Iowa. We plan to name it Holy Mother Mary (KHMM) when the FCC approves the Construction Permit (CP). This will cover a Northeastern part of the KMMK listening area, where KMMK signal is weaker. It is in FCC litigation currently. We are in the final stages of moving the KMMK antenna up 40 feet to the top of the tower. (Accomplished on March 24 in time for the Annunciation of Mary Feast Day of March 25, 2025.) The avoidance of the upcharge, due to an involved engineering study, saves donor funds, since KMMK is a listener-owned FM radio station. NOTE: No direct expense this year other than President / Co-Manager time to work out difficulties of working the UScelluar beurocracy.
