Created exclusively for the purpose of becoming and serving as a supporting organization for the work of the plus coalition, inc, an organization formed under section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code whose function is to enable access to and understanding of information about visual artworks for the benefit of the corporation's members and the general public.
