Poah Support Corporation

Poah support corporation is organized exclusively for such charitable purpose as will qualify it as an exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended or any corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Specifically, the corporation is organized and will be operated at all times exclusively for the benefit of preservation of affordable housing, inc. , an illinois not-for-profit corporation that is an organization described in section 501(c)(3) and section 509(a)(2) of the code.
