To construct, conduct, operate and maintain a non-commercial, educational FM broadcasting station in conformity with FCC Regulations and the laws of the Commonwealth of VA, in furtherance of an educational, instructional, and cultural program. The organization is formed exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes.
