Membership: functions relating to serving the information and resource needs of a membership comprised of public safety cyclists. Includes certifications, membership cards, a newsletter and other communication channels, and resource development.

Training: intense course designed to certify qualified public safety personnel (police, EMS, security) to operate bicycles in the line of duty in a manner which enhances their safety and operational effectiveness. Courses range from operator to instructor level and mission-specific public safety cycling operations. Includes training materials.

Newsletter: Raising public awareness about the use of bikes for public safety and making public safety cyclists and their agencies aware of the available training programs and resources.
