To hold 100% of the membership interests of affiliates risk management services, inc. ("arms"), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization formed primarily to act in support and furtherance of the risk management activities of the trust's tax-exempt beneficiaries. The trust's primary responsibilities are (1) to elect the board of arms and otherwise exercise voting rights as arms's sole member, (2) to distribute such amounts upon the issuance of a dividend or upon the liquidation and dissolution of arms, and (3) to report annually to the trust's beneficiaries about the foregoing.
