Polk County Medical Foundation

The polk county medical foundation helps provide educational and charitable activities to promote health awareness and assist in continuing medical education for physicians, healthcare related providers and the community. This continued education helps insure patients in our community receive the most comprehensive treatment and services. The foundation also funds scholarships to medical students to assist in their pursuit of a career for you and your loved ones.
