After School with Pomona Hope- providing after school care, tutoring, and enrichment activities for 30 students and their families.

Center Street Community Garden- provides private plots and necessary gardening supplies to 45 community members

Padres Fuertes Hacen Familias Fuertes- A parent community of 17 adults with a shared interest in becoming stronger, healthier people which increases their ability to raise their children in the best way possible.
