Through low-barrier culturally competent outreach we distribute critical survival gear-including tents sleeping bags and hygiene kits-along with food and water empowering people to preserve their health and dignity in crisis situations.

This program provides the resources and assistance necessary for individuals to overcome barriers to critical mobility. Through low-barrier culturally competent outreach we facilitate access to transportation options such as transit fares vouchers and ride coordination empowering people to reach essential healthcare employment and social services.
