Portland Health Action Team provides charitable educational and scientific support to support individuals and organizations working to improve the well-being of people who use drugs in Portland and beyond.

This program provides the essential resources and support necessary for individuals to meet their basic needs while experiencing homelessness. Through low-barrier culturally competent outreach we distribute critical survival gear-including tents sleeping bags and hygiene kits-along with food and water empowering people to preserve their health and dignity in crisis situations.

This program provides the tools and education necessary for individuals to treat minor wounds and sustain personal health without access to traditional care. Through low-barrier culturally competent outreach we distribute comprehensive first aid kits wound care supplies and hygiene products empowering people to prevent medical crises and maintain their well-being.

This program provides the resources and assistance necessary for individuals to overcome barriers to critical mobility. Through low-barrier culturally competent outreach we facilitate access to transportation options such as transit fares vouchers and ride coordination empowering people to reach essential healthcare employment and social services.
