Portland Workforce Alliance

Portland Workforce Alliance works year-round with high schools, employers, colleges and other postsecondary partners to create meaningful career-learning experiences that help high school students prepare for life after graduation. In the 2024-25 school year we served 8,902 students. We welcome all students, with extra outreach and support for students from underrepresented and marginalized communities. Every year, we create thousands of opportunities for high school students to discover their career aspirations. In a typical year, we provide Portland-area students with up to 10,000 career-learning experiences, including mentorships, career days, mock interviews, and the annual NW Youth Careers Expo.
