Portsmouth Sports Club Inc

To provide the City of Portsmouth with an efficient organization, under the guidance of elected officers, interested in the various phases of sports activities for the purpose of arranging forums for discussion of athletic contests and sports programs and for the advancement of sports in general. To provide support for the Portsmouth Sports Foundation, Inc. and the Viginia Sports Hall of Fame, Inc.
