Organization of local skills clinics led by high school and college players to develop their leadership and organizational skills while teaching participants basketball. The high school and college athletes serve as academic and athletic role models to help participants learn skills.

Organization of local summer league that serves area youth and are led by local high school and college athletes. High school and college athletes manage the league to develop their business and leadership skills. Participants competing in the league develop team building, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
