Mission

The organization owns and/or operates three museums, and an archival center. Founded in 1991 with the mission to record, preserve, and exhibit the history and culture of Poulsbo and the North Kitsap area. PHS accomplishes this through educational programming, developing publications, creating exhibits, providing research opportunities, and promoting an interest in local heritage to residents and visitors alike.
