Visitors' center services: provides visitor services such as two cafes, restrooms and a gift shop. The visitors' center is also home to the educational classrooms and a large multi-purpose room, which is utilized for educational programs and rental purposes. The conservatory and terrace gardens make up the horticultural component of this building complex. There is also a barn and silo with an observation deck to observe the garden and landscape design.

Education: offers programs and seminars to the community on horticulture, gardening and other environmental issues. Programs are available for children and adults at all levels, from beginner to expert.
