To serve thousands of low-income people in 36 counties in northern and central Illinois by providing legal advice, self-help materials, guidance on how to use the court system and referrals through a telephone hotline. To fund general legal services for hundreds of people in Northern and Central Illinois via a designated project point person and several staff attorneys. Services include cooperation with Lovell VA Health Care Center and making and taking referral across PSLS' service area.
