Pratham's vocational training programs equip India's youth (ages 18-35) with technical, life, and employability skills to prepare them for work and entrepreneurship. The program offers a tiered skilling model blending self-learning, virtual instruction, and hands-on practical training across multiple trades. It includes employment-linked courses, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for informal workers, and support for micro-enterprise development. Pratham also trains youth volunteers and links young women to livelihoods in their local communities. These programs are active in both physical centers and through community-based outreach across India.
