Pratham leverages digital tools to expand access to learning and skill-building. From mobile-based content to virtual skilling platforms, technology is integrated across programs to enhance reach, engagement, and effectiveness. The organization develops student-focused, regionally adaptable content and uses real-time data to guide implementation and improvement. Community-level digital champions such as youth volunteers and "smart mothers" play a key role in facilitating digital learning. Technology also supports Pratham's efforts in measurement, training, and system strengthening.

Pratham's vocational training programs equip India's youth (ages 18-35) with technical, life, and employability skills to prepare them for work and entrepreneurship. The program offers a tiered skilling model blending self-learning, virtual instruction, and hands-on practical training across multiple trades. It includes employment-linked courses, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for informal workers, and support for micro-enterprise development. Pratham also trains youth volunteers and links young women to livelihoods in their local communities. These programs are active in both physical centers and through community-based outreach across India. LINE 4D, Program Service Amounts raised for PCVC, Civil, and other programs, and for general operating support of Pratham Education Foundation Pratham International, through its flagship initiative Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), supports governments and local partners in designing and scaling effective foundational learning programs in nearly 30 countries, reaching over 7 million children across Sub-Saharan Africa and more than 1 million learners in Latin America and the Middle East and North Africa, with growing engagement in Southeast Asia. Operating as a technical and resource partner, Pratham International provides flexible end-to-end support through virtual, in-person, and hybrid approaches, maintaining a lean, time-bound presence on the ground.
