This corporation is a nonprofit charitable corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under New York Nonprofit Corporation Law exclusively for charitable purposes. Specifically, this corporation's purposes is to create a nation-wide collective of churches and organizations that are committed to Christian Anti-Racist work by dismantling racist structures in their cities through praying, marching, and activism.
