Our mission is to help people affected by HIV/AIDS, substance use, or mental health issues better realize opportunities by providing integrated legal, social, and health services that address the broad range of social risk factors that impact wellness and limit potential.

The legal advocacy program connects people living with hiv/aids to the income and healthcare necessary to secure stable housing and improve health outcomes. 1,846 individuals accessed and retained stable income and healthcare during 2023/24.

Workforce development, prcs nationally recognized rehabilitation services, offers a range of individualized services including assessment, career navigation, and job search assistance. In 2023/24, prc helped 480 adults reinvigorate their livelihoods, independence, and self-esteem.
