Human trafficking intervention program: pre-trial oversees the day to day operations of the rochester human trafficking intervention court and delivers individually tailored, trauma specific care and wrap around support services to participants. This program ended june 30, 2024.

Felony driving while intoxicated diversion: individuals charged with felony dwi are given an opportunity to address the underlying causes of the arrest behavior while prosecution on that charge is deferred. In 2024, there were 50 accepted to the program and 41 favorable terminations.
