Preparatory Rehabilitation For Individual Development & Employmen

Community Based Day Support - Day support programming inclusive of paid work experience at the in-house production facility. Served approximately 66 individuals during the fiscal year.

Day Habilitation - served 45 individuals - this program provides structured social and learning experiences for individuals with significant disabilities.

Competitive Integrated Employment Services - Employment in the business community with ongoing provision of support services by program staff. Served approximately 61 individuals during the year.

PRE-ETS - Program in local high schools preparing students for employment. Prevocational assessments, interview practice, internships and job shadowing, among other services. The program served 52 individuals during the fiscal year.

School to work transition provides students with co-ordinated services from high school to job employment programs based in the community. The program served approximately 8 students.

MA Commission for the Blind program includes on-the-job training by a professional employment specialist to help each person obtain independent employment.
