The presbyterian christian school foundation, inc., a mississippi non- profit corporation (the foundation), was organized to act as a supporting organization within the meaning of section 509(a)(3) of the code for presbyterian christian school, inc., a mississippi nonprofit corporation, and shall at all times be operated exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry on the purposes of that entity. Notwithstanding any other provision of these articles, the foundation shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on by (i) a corporation exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, (ii) a corporation, contributions to which are deductible under section 170(c)(2) of the code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or (iii) a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the state of mississippi.
