Preservation Alliance Of West

Field services is preservation alliance of west virginias statewide, on-site, technical assistance program. Staff and other professional experts provide technical assistance to those wanting to preserve historical places, as well as organize historic preservation work days at historical sites. One major sub program is the west virginia endangered properties program, which highlights historical places that may be lost in west virginia if action is not taken on the property. Those properties that are listed are focal points of technical assistance, etc.

NPS-P21AP11796-00 - SHP Grant - a pass-through subgrant from the National Park Service for construction repairs to historic buildings.

Other initiatives include the PAWV Conference,mananagement of NPS-P23AP01972 Schools grant, and ARC Power Grant, servicing various locations in West Virginia.
