Mission
TPPC purpose is to provide low cost spay neuter and veterinary care to low income families to be able to keep their pets in their homes, while working with the community we are able to provide animal food donations to those in need, working closely with shelters to find homes for displaced animals as well as working in a state prison to provide rehabilitation and training to dogs while they co exist with the inmates.
