Student empowerment through leadership development and mentorship; Student programming at 17 veterinary schools impacting 700+ students including support of the mentoring program Pawsibilities and the American Pre-Veterinary Medical Association.

Member engagement; Networking events held at Western Veterinary Conference in Las Vegas and 4 virtual networking events attended by 300+ individuals. Continued cultivation of our members-only online community and social media network that led to over 5% increase in membership in 2023.
