Behavioral health services are provided at all primecare health clinics. These include treatment for common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and stress reduction, as well as counseling to overcome barriers and grief. If you would like to see a behavioral health consultant at any time, just ask your care team.

Oral health is an important part of overall health. At primecare health, we offer basic preventive, restorative and emergency dental services to patients of all ages. This includes exams, cleanings, fluoride application, fillings, sealants and extractions. Primecare health will also be providing additional services of on site all-ceramic crowns which in most cases, can be delivered the same day. We see all patients, regardless of where patients are seen for their primary care services.

Prenatal care: prenatal care is an important part of staying healthy during pregnancy for both mother and child. Our care team will monitor your future baby's development and do all recommended testing to help diagnose, treat, and prevent possible problems. Regular checkups allow you to ask any questions about your pregnancy and the birth of your future baby. Our newest clinic, now open in belmont/cragin in northwest chicago, also offers midwifery services. Insurance/financial: we believe that everyone deserves access to high quality health care regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. If you have insurance, we can help you understand it and use it. For patients without insurance, we offer a sliding scale fee based on your income and family size. If you are unsure if you qualify for the sliding fee discount scale, our access and enrollment specialists can help. We can also answer your questions about medicare and medicaid. Medication assisted treatment: if you are struggling with at-risk substance use, we provide support for substance use disorders (sud) and medication-assisted treatment (mat) through individual treatment and recovery based services. Reaching out for help is the first step in recovery and getting back on a healthy path. At our west town and belmont cragin sites, specialized treatment for opioid use disorder is offered through suboxone and naltrexone/vivitrol. Patients participate in their recovery through group and individual therapy as well as ongoing primary care visits to obtain their medication. Individualized case management and recovery planning is provided.
