Was formed on september 25, 2015 in accordance with the not-for-profit statutes of the state of kentucky, for the purpose of establishing, owning, and maintaining affordable low-income housing and related housing programs for the aging and indigent, under the guidelines of the u.s. Department of housing and urban development (hud) pursuant to section 202 of the national housing act.
