In addition to our main purpose, we expanded our meeting to provide additional education tools for our members and non-members who seek information. There were 11 such programs over an 11 month period providing information to almost 500 attendees. The programs were as follows: 1) member meet-up: how to work with google business profile 2) legislative webinar 3) national lobby day: advocating for consumer directed care 4) member meet-up: topics included but not limited to handling situations pertaining to caregivers, theft, injuries and transitioning to private care 5) registry mastery webinar: office excellence 6) member meet-up:how to allocate marketing funds 7) pca member legislative update webinar 8) conference: best practices 9) member meet-up: benefits of the conference 10member meet-up - review of dol audit 11)compliance with the new state regulations

Expenses are related to the overall support given to the nationwide network of caregiver registries
