Pro mathematica arte runs the budapest semesters in mathematics program (bsm)and the budapest semesters in mathematics education program (bsme). The specific purpose of bsm and bsme is to promote the study of mathematical sciences (including computer science) and mathematics education through the beneficial effect of the international and educational exchange and cooperation on such study. To serve this mission bsm and bsme closely cooperate with the hungarian mathematics and mathematics education communities relying on and supporting the deep rooted traditions of excellence in mathematics education and research in hungary.
