The organization's mission is to enhance the quality of child care and promote awareness of child care providers as a positive professional group. The organization also promotes community awareness among organizations and agencies concerning child care and seeks ways to achieve a better balance between work and professional lives of the providers and parents, by offering training, educational opportunties, information and resources to meet their needs.
